More workshops planned

Following the success of the last drop in workshop at Llandudno, we will be arranging another one to rev-visit Llangefni during March 2012 - this will again be at the IT suite of Llangefni Town Football Club on March 25th - same format informal, come when you can, no pressure, opportunity to meet with the Sage experts and explore your potential in these difficult times.

We look forward to welcoming our old and new clients from across the Island.

Sage 50 suite

We are now implementing version 18 - 2012, which has some good features on the important credit control side. Also in this release is ACT 2012 which now incorporates the e-marketing concepts, with opportunity progression and e-mail tracking - a great way to maximise your 80/20 business models.

More staff training

Just to keep you up to date, John and Nia have recently completed the Sage accreditations for the new Sage 50 2011 suite of programs. Russ is progressing with Sage 200 2010 add on modules along with Sage Manufacturing, Mark and Bruce have completed the next stage of their Microsoft Engineering exams. John has updated his ACT accreditations to 2011 and Margaret has completed the latest Sage EPOS updates

Also in progress, Russ and Mark are on advanced Microsoft Accreditation courses, John is undertaking a Microsoft software professional course and Nia is doing a degree in NLP

We have plans in hand to move Trefor and Bruce up the Microsoft chain in 2011 and all technical staff are scheduled for training on the Trend protection suite, new backup systems and our remote managed services. Meanwhile Nia is investigating the training needs on some new software products we are taking on.

So a busy time in 2011 as we continue to invest heavily in our staffs' skills.

Staff Awards

Nia has updated her Sage accreditations to the current 2011 versions and has added ACT to her portfolio too. John has also added these to his portfolio with the growing number of clients we are supporting

Bruce has recently passed the next level of his Microsoft certification and Margaret has completed the latest PixelPoint and Sage POS accreditations.
